Toy Association to Reveal 2025 Trends at Toy Fair®

The Toy Association is set to unveil the major trends in toys, play, and youth entertainment for 2025, equipping the global toy community with insights poised to drive business growth and shape product development across the toy landscape.

The anticipated 2025 trends will be unveiled in an exclusive presentation on the first day of Toy Fair®, taking place March 1 to 4, 2025, in New York City. Led by The Toy Association’s expert trend team, this essential session will outline key opportunities within the toy and play industry complemented by real-world product examples showcased straight from the show floor.

For manufacturers, buyers, and other industry stakeholders, participating in this session presents a valuable opportunity to discover emerging consumer preferences and tap into fresh insights and inspiration for designing and marketing products that appeal to today’s toy shoppers.

From commissioning a survey that gauged U.S. parents’ toy shopping preferences to meetings with 100+ toy and entertainment companies to gain further insights, the trends team has invested substantial time examining factors impacting play. With this information, combined with insights gleaned from analyzing parallel industries (fashion, tech, beauty, entertainment, gaming, and others), the team has developed a forecast of predictions that will drive consumer demand throughout 2025.
